How do I cancel my subscription?

The billing for your subscription is managed by the device that you used to subscribe. If you signed up on the website, please follow the link below to manage your subscription. If you subscribed on your Roku device, please visit www.roku.com. If you subscribed on your iOS device, please cancel your subscription via iTunes. If you have trouble, please contact us at support@premonetwork.com.

iOS FAQs

Can I watch PREMO on iPad?

Yes, it is possible to watch PREMO on iPad using the iPhone app (the size can be expanded by 2x to better fill the larger screen). When searching for PREMO on the app store on iPad, select “iphone only” from the top left corner. In the future, we plan to release a dedicated iPad app.

How do I turn off my subscription in iTunes?

From inside the PREMO app, go to the Account and select “Manage my subscription on iTunes.” This will open the correct page in iTunes. Alternatively, you can open your device’s Settings menu, and go to iTunes & App Store and then tap on your Apple ID at the top of the page. From there, choose “View Apple ID” and then choose “Manage” in the Subscriptions section.

I turned off my subscription in iTunes, but on the accounts page in the app it still says that it will renew.  Why?

As long as the auto-renewal option is turned off in iTunes, then the subscription will not renew. When the subscription auto-renewal is turned off, Apple does not provide the updated status information for us to display on the accounts page. You will be able to watch full-length features on PREMO for the remainder of the subscription period (until the renewal date is reached). At that point, your subscription will no longer be active and you will not be charged.



Roku FAQs

How do I log in to my PREMO account on Roku?

Please navigate to the landing screen that shows the options to “Sign Up,” “Log In,” and “Browse and Watch Trailers”  This screen is displayed when the app is first launched, or can be reached from inside the app via the * key on your Roku remote. From the landing screen, select “Log In” and you will see two options:
 
  1. You will be presented with a code to activate your Roku. On a computer or mobile  device, please go to www.premonetwork.com/roku and select “Enter Code”
  2. Or you can choose “Log In With Email Address.” From there, please enter the email associated with your PREMO account and your password.

 

When I try to subscribe on my Roku device, I see an error that tells me that another user has already purchased a PREMO subscription with the account associated with this Roku device.  How can I subscribe?

The subscribe option on the PREMO Roku app uses the Roku billing system, which allows for one subscription to be created with account associated with that Roku device.  To start a subscription to PREMO with a different account, please go to www.premonetwork.com/support and select “Sign Up.” After that subscription is created, you can Log In to the Roku device.
